Our Story

Estim.ai was born from a simple yet powerful insight: estimating in construction and manufacturing is both essential and painfully time-consuming.

Every bid requires hours—sometimes weeks—of tedious manual takeoffs. With a shortage of estimators, many contractors simply cannot keep up with all the submissions.

After delivering over 150 AI projects in construction, manufacturing, and other industries, Explor.ai saw the same problem surface time and again.The contractors kept telling us: "What we need is a tool to speed up our takeoffs."

This is why Estim.ai was built together with industry experts (electricians, window and door specialists, etc.)—to address a real and pressing need.
